Cancellations & No-shows Policy:
Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival 25% of the total will be charged.
Cancellations within 7 days to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.
All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.
Special conditions – Sea Plane Transfers
a) Due to act of God if there is a situation where the clients cannot be transferred to or from the Resort, the Resort or the Air Taxi will not be liable, hence the guests will have to be accommodated in Male’ or the Resort. There will be no cost involved in the re location of the Guest on arrival in Male’.
b) There will be a waiting time of upto two hours for sea plane transfers. During this time clients will be accommodated at the Adaaran lounge.
c) Depending of the sea plane space availability and in accordance with the civil aviation authority of Maldives, luggage is subjected to be transferred by speed boat which will reach the resort on the same day.
d) Fuel surcharge: In the event if the Air taxi provider enforces any increases the hotel will charge from the Agent the increased component.
