Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at noon.
We strongly recommend booking the night before in case of an early arrival.
Children under 4 years old stay on complimentary basis (bed and breakfast basis). Mandatory government bed tax will apply. For children under 12 years of age, a rate of 220 USD will be charged per day including daily breakfast. For each additional guest of 12 years of age and over, a rate of 400 USD will be charged per day including daily breakfast.
Above rates are subject to the 10% Service Charge and 8% GST Goods & Service Tax) on the extra person rate until 31st October 2014 and 12% GST from 01st November 2014 onwards on the Villa Rate and Service Charge. Additionally a prevailing Government Bed Tax of 8 USD per person per night regardless of age will apply. Rates are non-commissionable.
The Maison will not accept reservations for children under 11 years old occupying a villa alone.
Guests with children under 8 years old are encouraged to book Island Villas.
A maximum of one extra bed per villa chargeable as per above policy is allowed with the possibility of adding a baby cot or crib.
Early Departure
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the Maison will charge an early departure fee for the remaining room nights and tax to the guest’s account.
Private Seaplane lounge
- The Cheval Blanc experience begins upon arrival at the Maison’s private seaplane lounge where guests may unwind and enjoy a peaceful halt prior to embarking onto their final destination.
- Conveniently equipped with private bathrooms and showers, guests may change into their holiday outfits or catch a last glance of the beautiful turquoise waters from any of the lounge’s private areas on their journey back home.

- Rate for privatized Cheval Blanc Seaplane is for whole plane based on a maximum occupancy of 9 persons.
-Rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Children under 2 years old will travel on a complimentary basis, sitting on an adult’s lap.
- Children between the ages of 2 and 11 years are charged the above-quoted “Children” rate.
- Passengers aged 12 years old and above will be considered as ”Adults” and will be charged the corresponding rate.
- Each guest may bring up to 30kg of luggage and up to 5kg of hand luggage on to the Seaplane.
- Any excess luggage is chargeable at a cost of 2 USD per kg, excluding tax (subject to change without prior notice).
- Seaplane rates are subject to increase if fuel surcharge increases.
- Cheval Blanc seaplane transfers are subject to availability (9 seats) and may be cancelled due to weather conditions or maintenance needs.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances with Cheval Blanc's seaplane, or in case of international flight delays and in order to avoid unnecessary waiting time at our lounge, we may need to charter a VIP seaplane from the local seaplane carrier; if unavailable, a regular seaplane transfer may have to be booked. The charge of the transfer per person will be adjusted downward accordingly.
- Cancellation of seaplane transfers on day of arrival or the event of a no show will incur 100% cancellation charges of the total seaplane transfer charge.

Peak & High Season
- Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charge.
- Cancellations between 45 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total room charge.
Shoulder Season & Season
- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charge.
- Cancellations between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total room charge.
