BOOKING CONDITIONS:

●    30%non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation to be paid within 7 days ofthe invoice receipt

●    Balanceis due 90 days prior to departure

●    If booking is made less then 90 days prior to departure, 100% to be paidwithin 7 days of the invoice receipt in order to confirm the booking

●    At the time of remittance please indicate your name and dates of yourtrip in payment reference

●    MVOrion will NOT provide refunds for either individual or group cancellation oftrips. Make sure you have full travel and diving insurance at the time of the cruise

●    USD10 will be added to each transaction as an inward handling fee.

INSURANCE:

As we do notgive refunds once the booking is made, please, make sure you have necessarytravel insurance before purchasing the package.

Diveinsurance must be valid at the time of the trip.

It ispossible to purchase short term dive insurance (DAN) directly with us. Pleasecontact us for further details.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BOOKING:

Please inform us of the followinginformation once you are ready to reserve your trip.

●    Fullnames as they appear in your passport

●    Nationalities

●    Flightdetails, for both arrival and departure flights. If you are staying in a resort/ hotel the night prior to your cruise please provide us with the name of theResort / Hotel in order for us to arrange the Meeting in Male Airport

●    Rentaldiving equipment required – items and sizes if appropriate

●    Specialdietary requirements

●    Divecertification level and number of dives

When guestsarrive to Male Airport on the day the cruise starts, they will be met by ourCompany Representative or our dive guides. They will be wearing a Constellation Fleet T-shirt and will have MVOrion signboard with them. The Meeting Point is near the Airport Help Desk.

Transfersare normally at 1.00pm from the airport to MV Orion. However, when guestsarrive early in the morning we endeavour to arrange an earlier transfer.

When guestsarrive the day prior to the start of the cruise, our dive guides will not meetthem in the Airport, upon arrival. Guests must organize themselves theirtransfers to the Airport from their chosen Resort / Hotel. Guests must be atthe Airport at 1.00pm on the start day of the cruise.

If the routerequires guests to fly out from Male to join the boat our dive guides will meetthe guests upon their international arrival time and show them the short way tothe Domestic Terminal.

Thecheck-out times from MV Orion are at 07.00am and 09.00am on the last day of thecruise.

Guests willbe in the airport by 07:30am and  09:30am accordingly.

If guestscontinue their vacation in the Maldives at a Resort, Hotel of other Liveaboard,their ongoing transfers will be arranged from the airport.

We will notbe able to arrange direct transfers from MV Orion to Resorts/Male/Hulhumalehotels.
