Return Domestic Transfer
Speed Boat Transfer ( Round Trip) for Domestic Airport to the Hotel
Children age 0 – 11.99 will enjoy complimentary speed boat transfers. Transfer rates are per person round trip and inclusive of taxes and service charge
Luggage Allowance
Domestic transfer provider imposes a luggage restriction of 20 kg’s of checked luggage and 5 kg’s of hand luggage, additional weight will be charged US$3.00 per kg.
Cancellation & No-shows
1. Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival, no charges will be applicable.
2. Cancellations received within 7 days to arrival, a 100% will be charged.
3. In the event of a no-show, a 100% accommodation charge plus one (1) way domestic transfer charges will be applicable.
4. Cancellation and amendments will not be accepted unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the resort.
Check-in / Check-out and Late Check Out
Late check-out is 50% of villa charge up to 2pm and 100% of villa charge afterwards and is subject to availability.
Honeymoon & Anniversary
A minimum of 4 night stay – notice to be specified on booking request - copy of marriage certificate of less than 12 months to be presented at check in order to qualify for the offer.
All honeymoon guests and anniversary guests will receive a Fruit basket and a Cake will be provided in the villa on arrival per stay

1. Sunrise Villa:2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 adults and 1 child.
2. Sunset Beach Villa:2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 adults and 1 child.
Extra person and Children
1. Children age 0 – 1.99 are considered as an infant.
2. Children age 2 – 11.99 are considered as children.
3. Children age 12 years and above are considered as adults.
4. Children age 0 – 11.99 are provided complimentary stay when sharing with adults subject to government bed tax per child per night.
5. Children age 12 years above will be charged.
