Cancellation & No Show Policy
a- 50% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received:
- From 13 to 5 days before the expected date of arrival from 1stDecember to 23thDecember
- From 44 to 30 days before the expected date of arrival from 24th December to 06th January and from 1stApril
to10thApril
- From 29 to 14 days before the expected date of arrival from 07thJanuary to 31stMarch and from 11thApril
to30thApril
b- 80% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received:
- From 13 days to 5 day before the expected date of arrival from 07th January to 31st March and from 11th April
to 30th April
c- 100% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received:
- From 04 to 0 days before the expected date of arrival from1st December to 23th December, from 07th January
to 31st March and from 11th April to 30th April
- From 29 days to 0 days before the expected date of arrival from 24th December to 06th January and from 1st
April to 10th April
Unexpected departures from the Resort will be charged as per reserved booking.
Cancellations or amendment will not be accepted until the resort has confirmed them by return fax or email. In the event that a client does not arrive, or arrives later than the confirmed arrival date, the tour operator shall be held responsible for payment computed at the equivalent for the full originally booked length of stay.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in is at 12.00hrs, but due to the nature and location of the resort, we will try to provide a room as soon as is convenient to the Resort. In the majority of cases, all clients are given the room that they have reserved at whatever time they arrive. Check out is at 10.00hrs.The resort will endeavour to allow the client to remain in their room until the scheduled time of departure by air transfer from the island, if this is not possible the resort will provide a day use facility until departure subject to availability.
