TRANSFER

 The hotel will exclusively arrange all transfers to and from the Hotels. The agent is not allowed to arrange transfers themselves or with any outside party, as such bookings will not be accepted by the Hotel. Transfer between Airport / Hotel /Airport will be made at the following rates.

- Final amendments of arrival and departure flight number, time and transfer mode should be notified to the resorts not less than 72 hours before arrival of clients to Maldives.

- All transfers will be by air (normal wheeled aircraft) which will be operated between Ibrahim Nasir International Airport and Dharavandhoo Airport, followed by 10 minutes boat transfer.

-  If the price of aviation fuel changes by more than 2.50 US cents per litre from base price, the carrier will impose surcharge of US$2/- per person per return flight for every increase of 2.50 cents per litre from the base rate. The base rate for the purpose of calculation is 80 cents. The fuel price refers to the price published by the Maldivian Airports Company. 

- Air transfer rate may change from time to time by the carrier and the hotel will inform the agent about revision in the air transfer rates as soon as possible.

- In the event of Force Make sure, the arrival and departure transfers may not be arranged at scheduled times and the hotel is not liable for any compensation claims due to such delays.

- Baggage allowance is 25 kg for checked baggage and 5kg hand luggage. Excess baggage to be borne by clients and settled at the Flyme counter directly at the rate of US$2 per KG plus taxes.

CHILDREN   

The ages for considering Infants and Children are as follows.

a. Infant            : From 00 to 01 year

b. Child             : From 02 to 11 years

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES

Cancellation of bookings, No-shows and Early departures will be charged as follows. Charges will be based on the same mealplan of the booking.

-       No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.

-       Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show

-       Shifting of booking date and change of names after release period will be considered as cancellation.

COMPLIMENTS

The Hotel will provide the following compliments for Guests:

(a)   Assistance at the airport by Hotel’s representatives

(b)   Welcome drinks on arrival

(c)   A Bottle of Water 500ml per person per day to be placed in the room.

(d)   Tea/Coffee making facilities ( 1 set of Tea/Coffee per room per day)

(e)   A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Fruit Basket in room and a candle lit dinner with house wine for Honeymooners. (For Weddings not older than 6 months)

(f)    A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Fruit Basket on Silver and Golden Wedding Jubilees.

(g)   A Birthday Cake and a bottle of wine, on Birthdays celebrated at the resort.

(h)   A bottle of wine in room and a candle light dinner with house wine for Repeaters.

(i)     One fruit basket per room on arrival.

(j)     Windsurfing, Snorkeling gear.

(k)   Tennis during daylight. (Floodlit Tennis extra US$ 5/- per hour), Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Badminton,Gymnasium, Squash, Billiard/Snooker, Aerobics, Poolside towel, TV (satellite channels).

All honeymoon, Silver & Golden Wedding Jubilees to be notified at the time of booking and specified in the voucher.
