Seaplane Transfer
The Resort will provide all transfers by Seaplane (Trans Maldivian Airways/TMA)
01st November 2014 to 31st October 2015 : US$ 395.00 per Adult (2 ways/ return).
Child 1.99 – 11.99 years : US$ 257 per Child (2 ways/ return).
One way Seaplane transfer : US$ 250.00 per adult & Child US$ 153.
Infant below 1.99 years : Free of charge (No seat).
(TGS-Tax is already applied for Adult & Child Seaplane transfers).

- Transfer being arranged by the hotel is subject to International flights landing at Male’ International Airport during Seaplane operating times. Please note that the Seaplane is operated by TMA and its Checking Counters open from 6 am to 4:00pm.
- Guest departing on flight before 08:45am International flight needs to depart Ranveli1 1 day in advance. Minimum 4 days is required to get a 100% seat confirmation from the Seaplane operator.
- Free Baggage limit per Adult is 20kg of checked baggage + 5 kg hand bag & excess weight will be charged directly to the Guest by the Seaplane Operator.
- Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA/ seaplane operator) is an independent operator, which provides the resort with seaplane schedules in the evening prior to arrivals and departures. As such, all schedule timings are solely at the discretion of the Management of Trans Maldivian Airways.

- Waiting is expected for the connecting Seaplane flight & resort will not be held responsible for the varied waiting times or delays or cancellation due to bad weather that may occur.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults plus 1 child under age of 11.99. Accommodation for infants 0-1.99 years, sharing room and bed with parents will be charged USD 8.00 bed tax per night per infant until 30th November 2014.
Child/Infant rates are applicable for child/infant staying with 2 Adults.
Baby cots are available free of charge (on request).

Period of Occupancy
Confirmed rooms shall be available for occupancy upon client’s arrival to the resort.
Check in time is 14.00 hours.
Check out time is 12.00 hours.

Cancellation Charges
The Operator/Agent must notify Ranveli Village of any cancellation and /or reduction of rooms as early as possible. Cancellation penalty charge may be levied if the Tour Operator/Agent fails to notify Ranveli Village in writing as follows:
- Early departures / No-shows: 100% accommodation fee & 1 way seaplane chargers.
- 14 days before arrival: 50% charge of the total room night's accommodation booked.
-  04 days before arrival: 100% charge of the total room night's accommodation booked.
