All Inclusive Entitlements:
Full board meals (daily breakfast, lunch and dinner). Afternoon tea with sandwiches. Unlimited soft drinks (coke/fanta/sprite), still mineral water, fruit juices (canned), house wine, beers, regular brands of whiskey, gin, vodka, rum. All drinks are served by the glasses. Drinks are served in the main bar, main restaurant and pool bars, available from 1000 hours until midnight. Use of fitness centre, volleyball, table tennis, dart, tennis in the daylight. All items and facilities not indicated in the above All Inclusive plan will be charged accordingly to the published rates at the resort.
Complimentary Services (to be advised at the time of booking):
Honeymooners (min. 5 nights stay) - Fruit basket, candle lit dinner and special evening turndown service with bed decoration on arrival night (valid for 6 months from the wedding date)
Birthdays & Anniversaries - Celebratory Cake and bottle of wine.
Due to the layout of the Water Villas, they are not recommended for young children. The Resort may accept bookings for children above 7 years with parent's full consent and responsibility. Beach Villas and Water Villa with Pool at Vilu Reef Beach & Spa Resort has a Divan in the room, which can be used as a third bed or for twin options. Some Garden Villas come with twin options. All categories can take 01 extra bed. Either 01 adult or 01 child (under 12 yrs) can be accommodated together with double occupancy.
Day Use Room Charges:
Normal check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Extra Lunch on Departure day will be charged at US$26.00 plus 10% service charge.
Transfer is by seaplane and conducted only during daylight hours (approximately 0600 to 1600hrs). Guests arriving into Male' International airport after 1500hrs (latest reporting time for seaplane check-in is 1530hrs) or departing with flights before 0900hrs will need to stay overnight in Male' city or airport hotel. Transfer will be provided the next morning with the first available flight. Due to extreme weather conditions, transfer may not always be available at a designated time and the resort is not liable for any compensation arising from such delays. Every effort will be made to transfer guests from the airport to the resort within 2 hours of guest checkin in at the seaplane terminal.
Seaplane rates are subject to increase, should fuel surcharge be imposed by the relevant authorities. The BUYER will agree to bear the difference in cost.
Cancellation & No-show Policy:
To cancel a confirmed reservation should be 28 days before the arrival. To cancel a confirmed reservation should be 21 days before the arrival.
