TRANSFERS                          

Above transfer rates are subject to change without prior notice. Any increments from the Seaplane Company will be invoiced accordingly. Seaplane transfer are arranged according to the guests International flights. Seaplane operating hrs currently between 0600 - 1600, any guests arriving after 1600hrs would be transfered the next day.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Luggage allowance:                                                                                                                                                                        

20KG per person is allowed to be carried on the seaplane and excess to that will be charged US$4/- per KG by the seaplane company on check-in for the flight and this is compulsory due to safety reasons. The carrier does not guarantee to transport the luggage on the same flight as the passengers due to weight restrictions.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

All inclusive Includes the following: 

Lunch/Dinner in main restaurant, tea/coffee with snacks (1600-1800hrs daily); all drinks by glass; (including water,soft drinks,beer, house wine & pouring spirits) to be served between 1000 hrs - 0000hrs only (all drinks consumed after midnight will be charged at the normal price). Two free excursions (1 Island hopping & 1 sunset fishing) per person per stay.

 NB:- Extras not included this package will be charged at the normal printed rates at the hotel

Check-Out time at the resort is 12.00 noon - depending on occupancy levels in the resort, a charge may apply to guests requiring a villa after this time.

There are limited number of Beach Villas with extra beds which can accommodate two (2) adults & two (2) children.  

There is a limited number of interconnecting Beach Villas available on request only.                         

Beach Villa Suites             :can accommodate no more than four (4) adults & two (2) infants only.  

Water Villas        :can accommodate no more than two (2) people.                                                             

Lagoon Suite      :can accommodate no more than two (2) people.                                                                                                                            

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES:

 Cancellations made less than 21 days to the arrival date:  30%of the total stay.    

Cancellations made less than 14 days to the arrival date:  50% of the total stay.                                    

Cancellations made less than 07 days to the arrival date:  75% of the total stay.                                    

Cancellations made less than 03 days to the arrival date:  100% of the total stay                                  

No-Shows  : 100% of the  total stay & one way transfer                                                                                  

Early departures : 100% of the total stay                                                                                                                                 

Bookings Cancelled one day before the arrival will be considered as No-shows
