​TRANSFERS        

Above transfer rates are subject to change without prior notice. Any increments from the Seaplane company will be invoiced accordingly. Seaplane transfer are arranged according to the guests International flights. Seaplane operating hrs currently between 0600 - 1600, any guests arriving after 1600hrs would be transferred the next day.                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                                                 

Luggage allowance:                                                                                                                                          

20KG per person is allowed to be carried on the seaplane and excess to that will be charged US$ 4/- per KG by the seaplane company on check-in for the flight and this is compulsory due to safety reasons. The carrier does not guarantee to transport the luggage on the same flight as the passengers due to weight restrictions.

CHECK -IN /CHECK-OUT TIME                                                                                                                                    

Official check-In time is from 1400hrs on arrival date.Early check in may be charged at the daily contracted rate and should be requested while booking.

VILLA OCCUPANCY                                                                                                                                         

Each villa can accommodate maximum of two adults, one child up to the age of 12years and one infant under 2 years. The Zitahli Suite can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child below 12 years. Day bed will be provided in each room for an extra person with the surcharge of extra person in this contract per night inclusive of breakfast and subject to government bed tax.                                                                                                                                  


CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES:                                                                                                   

Cancellations made less than 28 days to the arrival date:  50% of the total stay.                                    

Cancellations made less than 14 days to the arrival date:  100% of the total stay.                                  

No-Shows  : 100% of the total stay & one way transfer                                                                                                  

Early departures : 100% of the total stay                                                                                                                                               

Bookings Cancelled one day before the arrival will be considered as No-shows
